Complaints procedure

Complaints procedure shall be governed by Czech law

How to claim:

  • Tell us about a claim by telephone or e-mail.
  • goods sent by registered (not on delivery) or give in person with the unit cover letter,
  • specifying the reason for return and attach a copy of the invoice. and your bank account number to send the amount, if the complaint is recognized

Duration of warranty

Buyer consumer

Buyer is according to § 53 paragraph 7 of the Act. No. 40/1964 Coll. (accomodatio Job) and Act. No. 367/2000, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of goods. If it so decides, the damaged goods with no signs of use or wear, in original packaging or take them back in that period (specifying the date of delivery to the Seller). After the return of the goods, the seller the customer returns the corresponding amount for the goods previously agreed manner.
